Essential Functions
- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client management team, building strong relationships based on trust and effective communication.
- In collaboration with Pinkerton's Global Account Director, understand the client's needs and objectives and develop tailored solutions that align with the organizational goals.
- Conduct regular meetings with the client to provide updates on program progress, address any concerns or issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee all aspects of program execution, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Develop project plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services within scope and budget.
- Monitor project performance against key metrics/key performance indicators (KPIs), take corrective actions when necessary, and report back to Global Account Director progress/improvement
- Lead a team of embedded program leads and other professionals involved in program execution.
- Provide clear direction, support professional development initiatives for team members, mentorship, feedback, encourage collaboration, foster a positive work environment, and resolve conflicts when they arise.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop tools, methodologies, strategies that drive excellence throughout each stage of team members' tenure.
- Implement best practices across programs to optimize efficiency.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred, within a relevant field and at least ten years in program management, project management, or a similar role. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
