Requirements
What you will need to succeed in the role:
- Ideally educated to first degree level the role holder will have;
- Experience of working in Global Mobility (in house or big 4) and / or experience of working on short termbusiness travel projects.
- Excellent communication skills and able to adapt communication style according to the audience. Able to produce written business communications, as appropriate.
- Understanding of operational risk and experience in identifying and implementing controls to mitigate such risks.
- Excellent project-planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a matrix environment with conflicting demands.
- Experience of working with a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
- Ability to identify and resolve challenges and issues.
- Ability to make considered decisions that protect and enhance HSBC’s values, reputation and commercial interests.
- A proactive and flexible attitude and ability to demonstrate initiative.
- Experience of working at an operational level in international environments.
- Strong numerical, analytical and spreadsheet skills, with the ability to understand complex concepts.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
