Front Desk Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a team-leading or management role and overseeing front desk services
- 2+ years experience in a full-service or resort
- All aspects of overseeing the entire Front Desk, Lobby, Bell Services, and Reservations
- Coaching team members and promoting departmental cohesion
- Prepare annual budgets and ensure that the team is fulfilling hotel service standards
- Maintain and control room inventory and oversee daily operations.
