Qualifications

• Overall 12+ years of experience in Global Procurement Operations/Service integration environment
• 3 years of experience in Digital Transformation Project Management roles.
• Excellent communication; both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide superior customer service.
• Propensity to learn PepsiCo software systems (e.g. myBUY and myServices)
• Comfortable working in a dynamic business environment
• Ability to perform in an environment of ambiguity and make decisions within short timeframes.
• Experience in global environment/matrix organizations
• Experienced in Change Delivery and Transformation.
• Ability to translate business needs to the most appropriate solution.
• Language skills English – business fluent
• Strong communication and cross-cultural skills to be able to effectively interact.
• Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with others.
• Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities.
