Work Experience:

• 5+ years in delivering User Experience Design / Design Thinking / Business Innovation projects or a similar field
• Solid project and program management experience
• Sold experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders (business divisions, corporate functions and external)

• Social networker – Able to create meaningful relationships across the network, to identify suitable talent for innovation across different topic areas, and connect different people to create a network of support within the community
