Ensure preparedness of health sector for any health emergency by performing the followings:
Performs risk assessment; analyzes current risks and identifies potential risks
Maintains a centralized risk register to have a complete and current overview of risks across the organization.
Reviews and assesses risk management policies and procedures, and makes recommendations for improvements.
Recommends and implements risk management solutions.
Prepares and presents risk reports to executive leadership and senior staff.
Review and monitor business continuity plan and recovery procedure by conducting annual audit.
Conducts risk assessments for various departments and functions, analyzing potential business impact of unpredictable business interruptions.
Collaborates with IT staff to develop and implement best practices to protect and restore data and systems in the event of natural disasters, viruses, and cyber threats.
Creates and facilitates practice drills for business continuity plan execution.
Reviews and analyzes metrics and financial data that could uncover fraudulent behavior.
Prepares risk management budget and annual plan.
Reviews Department contracts and internal business proposals.
Prepares and reviews department budget, initiatives budget, and explore revenue generation for the department.
Conducts department cost analysis and performance review.
Coordinates with finance staff for department cost analysis and financial performance review.
Coordinates with strategy staff for department strategy, performance review, risk assessment and analysis.
Coordinate with internal audit staff for compliance and governance review.
Develop preparedness plan for health sector in dubai during emergencies.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree
Work experience: Risk and finance 5 years
Work experience in UAE
Arabic & English is Must.
