Are you an energised Key Account Manager (KAM) passionate about eCommerce Would you like to help us in reaching more kids and adults LEGO fans in MENA Come play with us!

We have an exciting opportunity for a relationship focused and analytically savvy KAM to grow our digital offering in partnership with our customers. Core Responsibilities

• Deliver customer value proposition for a portfolio of online retailers. Full accountability of endtoend account management of ecommerce retailers in MENA.
• Develop implement and followup customer joint business plans that deliver against business targets.
• Build and develop relationships with key customers. Activate the monthly priorities set by the marketing team while applying fully the retailers activity calendar.
• Negotiate annual trade terms and plans within the set frames.
• Support in building ECommerce and Digital proficiencies across the organization. Make sure you stay up to date on the latest trends and industry standards in ECommerce.
• Collaborate will other Key Account team members Trade Marketing and the Digital Team to share knowledge.

A phenomenal opportunity or a strong account manager who is looking for their next step in ecommerce. You will join the LEGO MEA B2B eCommerce Team in Dubai office. A small team collaborating across two different offices (Dubai Johannesburg) to develop the ecommerce business in the region. Within the ecommerce team you will work closely with Retail Marketing Manager and the eMerchandiser to grow and deliver the joint business plan of ecommerce players.

Do you have what it takes

• eCommerce experience is a must with strong commercial experience in sales.
• A consistent record of outstanding business results and high accountability.
• Effective relationship leadership skills with a collaborative approach to internal and external partners.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills with experience in dealing with trade term contracts.
• A balance of shortterm results focus and long term strategic work.
• Previous experience working in the Middle East and with Amazon
