الوصف الوظيفي
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, or Social sciences. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Grow the digital transformation consulting practice by identifying business opportunities inside the group companies and outside.
• Lead the design and implementation of digital transformation projects and programs by orchestrating all involved stakeholders, overseeing all deliverables and streams
• Lead end to end engagements, guide and supervise team members, manage stakeholders' expectations, manage project timeline, deliverables and financials
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders on digital strategies and digital transformations
• Work with and lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
• Train and coach junior resources
