Sales Engineer

The client is one of the leading metalwork companies in the area having been involved in many highprofile projects in the UAE We provide structural and architectural metalwork mostly in steel stainless steel and aluminum

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will have a minimum of years of relevant experience in the steel structure fabrication and construction industry with a focus on the UAE market The sales engineer will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by independently generating leads meeting clients and consultants and achieving monthly sales targets

Responsibilities

• Industryspecific Expertise Possess indepth knowledge and understanding of steel structure fabrication and construction processes
• The candidate should have handson experience in the UAE market understanding its dynamics and client expectations
• Actively identifies and generates sales leads independently to contribute to the overall sales pipeline
• Demonstrate a proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Engage directly with clients and consultants to understand their requirements present product offerings and build strong relationships

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field
• Minimum of years of experience in sales engineering within the steel structure fabrication and construction industry
• Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and consultants
• Ability to work independently take initiative and drive sales leads without constant supervision
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and willingness to travel as needed
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction
• Proficient in presenting product offerings and technical details to clients and consultants
