We are looking for a Talent Relationship Manager to join us in our Dubai office.


Requirements

Job Responsibilities Will Include

  • Research, conceptualize and create original copy
  • Recommend the most relevant and suitable talents in line with brand s & stakeholders requests, and be able to have a solid rationale behind the selection criteria
  • Negotiate with talents the best rates, content output and be able to overcome budgeting constraints
  • Become a core member of the Talent Management Team in creating presentations, database, and status reports
  • Act as the main point of contact with the client along with the sales team and aggregate feedback loops & ad hoc requests
  • Lead on ideation and brainstorming sessions for new leads
  • Create pitch deck presentations and strategize influencer campaigns
  • Oversee campaign deployment and support execution team when needed
  • Lead and train team members on the talent team to achieve optimal results
  • Hands-on experience in the influencer industry verticals across MENA in technology, social media, and gaming.
  • Ideate in growing ITP s database to include a wide spectrum of social media influencers, from Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Tik-Tok to YouTube and Twitch
  • Build relationships with internal teams and provide assistance and excellent brand and influencer representation for our clients
  • Carry out other duties which naturally fall within the reasonable expectations of the position
  • Analyze post-campaign report and liaise learnings to management team

Requirements

  • Must have account management experience and be client-servicing orientated
  • Should be able to produce reports and presentations to a high standard
  • Must have strong MS-Office skills
  • Must have great attention to detail, be extremely well organised and have the ability to manage multiple projects / talent simultaneously
  • Must have excellent verbal, written communication and collaboration skills
  • Must have minimum of five years mid-Senior experience in advertising, marketing, gaming, influencer marketing
  • Must have experience in a client-facing role
  • Knowledge in MENA gaming scene with PCs, gaming & influencers
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn and proactive
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills and confidence with managers and team members
  • Ability to present ideas persuasively and passionately
  • Ability to work in a team, but also on initiative
  • Willingness to take ownership in project management
  • Flexible, committed, and punctual
  • Able to stay calm and friendly under pressure in a busy environment
  • Arabic speaker
