The responsibilities of a recruiter include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, filing paperwork, and keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
To be a Job Evaluation Expert. Certified HAY methodology. Job Evaluation experience within Oil&Gas Industry. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. 8 years experience in HR functions with knowledge of Performance Management & Job Design with at least 4 years in Oil&Gas Industry. Knowledge of Korn Ferry/ Hay Evaluation Methodology. Ability to analyses and solve problems. Certified Compensation & benefits Professional CIPD level 3 is preferred.
