We deliver quality, real-time content to our audiences, viewers, delegates and guests through digital, print, events, awards, video content, social media platforms and social media influencers. These brands include a range of major names from Time Out and Harper s Bazaar to Arabian Business and Construction Week.
The Role:
ITP Media Group is looking for an ambitious and talented Conference Producer.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience working in a similar role with extensive experience in major conferences.
- Solid understanding of local and regional business trends and a contacts book packed with C-suite executives, officials and investors.
- Interacting and communicating with government, private sector, and international industry organizations at highest level.
- Responsible for producing 6 8 conferences annually in diverse industries.
- Conducting industry research to identify and produce relevant conference program content.
- Conducting research to identify appropriate and senior level conference speakers.
- Inviting and confirming appropriate speakers
- Liaising with sponsorship and exhibition sales.
- Event administration and speaker management.
- On the day event management.
- The right candidate will have degree-level education from a reputable university.
- Great business acumen, as well as an understanding of the Gulf markets, are essential.
