Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Update monthly BE with analysis.
• Negotiate and finalize cement products new projects.
• Coordinate with credit analyst for payments and collect over dues.
• Cross-check the enquiries and specifications for pricing strategies.
• To make sure the punctual payment of customers and collect the over dues .
• Target business especially with more margins - concept of value before volume .
• Prepare daily analysis of the supplies and follows for the future orders.
• Coordinate with customers and dispatch dept. for daily cement supply .
• Coordinate with Commercial, Operation & Technical Depths.
• Provide necessary documents to higher authorities when needed.
• To change customers mindset pertaining to companys digital transformation .
• Prepare market intelligence report (weekly/monthly). Interview customers twice a year to support Management on budgeting .
• Follow the sales management process (agendaplanning execution and report )

Requirements

• 4 years minimum sales experience
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Construction/ Building Materials like concrete products, blocks, tiles, pavers, cladding etc
