Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Update monthly BE with analysis.
- Negotiate and finalize cement products new projects.
- Coordinate with credit analyst for payments and collect over dues.
- Cross-check the enquiries and specifications for pricing strategies.
- To make sure the punctual payment of customers and collect the over dues .
- Target business especially with more margins - concept of value before volume .
- Prepare daily analysis of the supplies and follows for the future orders.
- Coordinate with customers and dispatch dept. for daily cement supply .
- Coordinate with Commercial, Operation & Technical Depths.
- Provide necessary documents to higher authorities when needed.
- To change customers mindset pertaining to companys digital transformation .
- Prepare market intelligence report (weekly/monthly). Interview customers twice a year to support Management on budgeting .
- Follow the sales management process (agendaplanning execution and report )
Requirements
- 4 years minimum sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Construction/ Building Materials like concrete products, blocks, tiles, pavers, cladding etc
