Job Title: Telesales Executive

Industry: Healthcare

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telesales Executive to join our team in Al Manara Jumeirah. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of tele sales experience preferably within the healthcare industry. The role involves engaging potential clients through cold calls providing information about our products and services and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads to introduce and sell healthcare products and services.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain indepth knowledge of our healthcare products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Followups: Conduct followup calls to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
  • CRM Management: Update and manage customer information in the CRM system accurately.
  • Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the team to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly sales reports to the management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Telesales Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in tele sales preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Sales Techniques: Strong understanding of sales techniques including cold calling and closing deals.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a customeroriented attitude.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Educational Requirements:

  • Education: A diploma or bachelors degree in business marketing healthcare or a related field is preferred.
