Administrative assistant/receptionist needed for specialty medical clinic with two providers part time or full time. Position includes answering the phone, scheduling appointments, taking in and making referrals, registering new patients, and collecting copays, and verifying patient insurances as well as other basic office tasks. Must have excellent customer service skills, enjoy working with the public daily, be familiar with computer scheduling and EHR systems a plus. Typing must be 55 WPM or more.
