Owner and founder, David Borg, spent 15 years in Quality Management, teaching and applying concepts like “Customer First” and “Right First Time”. David was the coordinator for the Melbourne chapter of the Quality Society of Australasia and is passionate about Total Quality Management (TQM) philosophy.
