Job Description

- Inventory Management:Maintain accurate records of all electrical components, tools, and materials in stock.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and address any discrepancies. - Receiving and Dispatching:Receive incoming shipments of electrical materials and verify their contents against purchase orders.
Organize and store incoming materials in designated locations within the warehouse.
Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Quality Control:Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with specifications.
Identify and report any damaged or defective items to the appropriate personnel. - Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, withdrawals, and returns.
Generate regular reports on inventory levels, consumption rates, and stock movement. - Organization and Maintenance:Ensure the warehouse is organized and clean, with materials stored safely and accessibly.
Implement proper storage techniques to prevent damage and minimize waste. - Collaboration:Coordinate with purchasing, produc
- uction, and maintenance departments to fulfill material requirements.
Communicate effectively with vendors regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product specifications. - Safety and Compliance:Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines while handling and storing electrical materials.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies regarding inventory management.
