- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows server environments.
- Experience with Azure and M365 technologies, including Active Directory and security related tools
- Proficiency in networking protocols, security principles, and infrastructure management.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.
- Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
