Senior Reliability Engineer

• Knowledge of risk and reliability management systems Experience in failure mode and effect analysis with a solid understanding of failure mechanisms
  
• Experience in troubleshooting analyzing and resolving engineering problems independently
  
• Effective communication and ability to write technical reports
  
• Knowledge of international codes and standards procedures and specifications
  
• Ability to apply predictive techniques Able to apply the concept of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Risk Based Maintenance

Requirements

• Knowledge of rotating equipment such as turbines compressors and auxiliaries including associated
  
• international codes such as API and ISO
  
• Comprehensive understanding of HE and other regulatory compliance requirements
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable.
  
• Professional Certifications
  
• Certified Training in RCM Modules preferred.
  
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP is accredited by the American National
  
• Standards Institute (ANSI)
  
• Certified Reliability Engineer according to ASQ
  
• Vibration Certification At least Category II (Category III preferred) according to ISO 184362.
  
• Lube Analysis Certification At least Level II Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA) (Category III preferred).
