Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with stakeholders to comprehend and analyze operational requirements within the dealership.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and utilization of the Dealer Management System (DMS) to align with business needs and elevate dealership operations.
• Conduct thorough system testing, troubleshoot issues, and deliver continual support for DMS functionalities.
• Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure smooth integration and ongoing maintenance of the DMS with other pertinent systems or applications.
• Provide training for dealership personnel and generate documentation to facilitate the efficient utilization of the Dealer Management System.
