Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager in the UAE.
• Proven track record in mid-range commercial projects, specifically in hotels, commercial spaces, villas, and supermarkets.
• Strong understanding of fit-out and interior design processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
   • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for mid-range commercial projects.
   • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Stakeholder Coordination:
   • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
   • Maintain effective communication channels to ensure project objectives are understood and met.
3. Commercial Project Expertise:
   • Demonstrate a strong track record of successfully managing projects in the UAE within the mid-range commercial sector, including hotels, commercial spaces, villas, and supermarkets.
4. Fit-out and Interior Design:
   • Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in fit-out and interior design processes.
   • Oversee and coordinate design implementation, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
5. Civil, Architectural, and MEP Coordination:
   • Coordinate civil, architectural, and MEP works seamlessly throughout the project lifecycle.
   • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control measures.
6. Budget and Resource Management:
   • Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
   • Implement strategies for cost efficiency without compromising project quality.
