- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management with 3+ years of experience in development and Object Customization in Oracle CX Sales and service Cloud applications.
- Should have sound knowledge and hands on experience of Groovy script development and new custom objects development using application composer
- Should have hands on experience in development of custom UI pages using VBCS.
- Should have hands on experience in Third party application integration leveraging SOAP/REST APIs.
- Should have hands on experience on ICS and IDCS cloud and its integration components
- Should have hands on experience in developing reports and
- Strong Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.
- Proficiency in Object Customization in Oracle CX sales and Service Cloud applications. 3-5 projects Implementation experience in above technologies preferred.
- Project Management methodology applied to software development projects
