Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement within the real estate/holiday home industry.
- Create and curate compelling content across multiple platforms including Instagram Facebook Twitter LinkedIn etc. tailored to resonate with target audiences.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in social media tools applications channels design and strategy and incorporate relevant updates into the overarching marketing approach.
- Utilize analytical tools to monitor and analyze social media metrics generate reports and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing objectives and business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a Digital Marketing or similar role within the real estate/holiday home industry demonstrating successful execution of social media campaigns.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms their functionalities and best practices for maximizing engagement and reach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content that effectively communicates brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
- Creative thinker with a knack for generating innovative ideas to drive engagement and brand visibility on social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data identify trends and make datadriven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Familiarity with social media advertising techniques and platforms including but not limited to Facebook Ads Manager Instagram Ads etc.
- Proficiency in photography videography and video editing to create visually appealing content for social media platforms.
