The Customer Service Coordinator will handle client inquiries and complaints about the company's products and services. They take calls or respond to clients' emails, answer questions, check on order processing, or resolve complaints or disputes.
The role
Call Center (Answer incoming calls, provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries, Problem Resolution, Communication and support other Department, Documentation and Reporting)
Monthly Reports (Sales, Calls, Complaints, Inquiries, Vendors, Application, Call Quality, Agents Evaluation).
Corporate (Sales lead, placing orders, follow up with customers, Payments, Drivers, stock, complaints & return).
Application Data (Modifying prices, pictures, promotions, push notifications, adding new items).
Application (Placing Orders, Complaints, follow up with customers and butcheries)
Logistics Reports (Renewal, fines, stickers, Number of orders, Traveled distance).
Procurement (communication with supplier & handling forecast)
Retail (Coops & Pos price update, change item, adding items & daily reports. Social media inquiries & posting & shooting videos Requirements 3 years experience in a similar role
BA or similar degree
