- Establishing of an in-house electrical / electronic development capability to support the various development programmes of HALCON
- Establishing strong liaisons with other groups (such as mechanical, mechatronic, analytical and engineering support & facilities) to ensure high integrity, industrialised, and qualified designs.
- Defining, budgeting and developing of the strategic electrical & electronic engineering facilities including digital & analogue electronics, software & algorithms, electromagnetics, optoelectronics and power electronics.
- Sourcing of experienced personnel and developing of the next generation of engineering staff.
- Managing of subordinates, including mentoring and training.
- Participating in the Development Engineering Management Team.
