Business Process Manager

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in business process management.
• Experience in EFQM,TQM,DQA,BSC,6SIGMA
• Proficiency in Visio, MS Excel and Power Point
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ISO 9001 – internal auditor (preferred).
• Excellence Models Implementation knowledge (preferred)
• Real-estate experience preferred
  

i. Document, Revise and Update procedures and policies, ensuring compliance to statutory and Legal requirements and ISO 9001/14001.45000 Standards.

ii. Well versed in Problem-Solving tools. Eg. Kaizen, Fish Bone, Kaizen etc..

iii. Identify process improvement opportunities and work with internal stakeholders in implementing the solutions.

iv. Ensure on time completion of business process improvement initiatives with internal stakeholders.

v. Lead the planning and execution of Root Cause Analysis discussions to eliminate waste from processes resulting in improved productivity.

vi. Foster culture change by training, mentoring and coaching of employees to adopt Excellence behavior.

• Bachelor's degree in Business management, Project management, Engineering or any other
• Certified ISO 9001 Internal Auditor
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement based tools and techniques required
