Job Description
- Oversee the cleanup of job sites.
- Safely transport workers materials and equipments to and from the work site ensuring that all passengers follow safety protocols such as wearing seat belts.
- Inspect and maintain vehicle to ensure its in good condition
- Overseeing and managing a team of workers
- Adhering to all traffic laws and company policies regarding the safe operation of vehicles including the use of seat belts and speed limits.
- Keeping records of daily activities reporting progress to management and noting any incidents or delays
- Ensuring that safety protocols and company policies are followed
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks.
- Perform handson work as needed.
- Ensure proper maintenance and storage of tools and equipment.
Qualifications :
Qualification:
- Valid commercial drivers license
- Clean driving record
- Familiarity with safety regulations and laws
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team
- Experience driving large vehicles
- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
Skills:
- Good navigational ability and a team player.
- Physically Fit and with strong work ethic.
- Keen Time management reliability and dependability
- Patience quick thinking and good judgement.
- Honesty responsibility and good communication skills
- Ability to navigate communicate with others manage time and comply with regulations
