Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings candidate sourcing screening interviews and offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
- Utilize a variety of channels including social media job boards networking events and employee referrals to source high-quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet both the technical and cultural fit for the company.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Freshers and Junior Recruiters are welcome to apply.
- For mid-to-senior Recruiters we would be looking at a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment within a Recruitment Agency preferably in Dubai or the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies tools and best practices.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic or any second language is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across different industries.
- Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (e.g. PHR SHRM-CP).
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
