Responsibilities
- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage the appointment scheduling process including phone calls and online bookings
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation
- Provide clear information to patients regarding services procedures and clinic policies
- Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers to facilitate continuity of care
- Handle patient inquiries concerns and feedback with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
- Support patient follow-up and post-treatment care as required
Requirements - Fluent in Arabic and English both written and spoken
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on patient satisfaction
- Proficient in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
