Assess current digital channels and identify UX/UI improvement opportunities.
Design user flows wireframes and prototypes tailored to banking services.
Conduct usability testing and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with business product and technology teams for implementation.
Advise on UX best practices accessibility and design system standards.
Benchmark against digital banking and fintech UX trends.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in UX design within banking fintech or financial services.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Figma Sketch Adobe XD).
Strong knowledge of user research usability testing and accessibility standards.
Understanding of customer behavior and digital banking processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
