Job Title: Specialist Neonatologist
Location: Dubai UAE

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Specialist Neonatologist to join our leading hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing critically ill newborns providing comprehensive neonatal intensive care and leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Perform advanced neonatal procedures and resuscitations.
Manage complex neonatal conditions including respiratory distress infections congenital anomalies and metabolic disorders.
Collaborate with pediatricians obstetricians and multidisciplinary teams for integrated care.
Counsel and support families regarding treatment plans and outcomes.
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols patient safety and international clinical standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Neonatology.
Valid DHA License/Eligibility or DOH/MOH License/Eligibility (preferred).
Minimum 3 5 years of relevant post-specialization experience.
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
Male or Female candidates; open to all nationalities.
Availability to join within 30 days.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: AED per month.
