Job Description
Stantec is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic UAE National Civil Engineer to join our team building project. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their careers in a dynamic and impactful field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day supervision of construction activities on site
- Support the Site Engineer and Project Manager in monitoring progress and quality
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily reports material records and progress updates
- Liaise with subcontractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations
- Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing engineering solutions
- Participate in site meetings and contribute to project planning and coordination
- Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering or equivalent
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced site environment
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and project management tools
- Familiarity with local construction codes and standards is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- UAE National with Family Book.
