Job Description
JOB TITLE: HR Executive
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time
REPORTING TO: Group HR Manager
As an HR Executive youll support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment employee relations training coordination and administrative tasks. Youll help implement HR policies promote a positive work culture and ensure compliance with company standards and labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Respond to employee queries and help maintain a positive work environment
- Manage HR records and documentation
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Support employee benefits administration
- Assist with performance management and appraisals
- Organize employee engagement activities and events
- Stay updated on HR laws trends and best practices
- Help with HR data reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with other teams to meet HR-related needs
Qualifications:
- Degree in HR Business Administration or related field
- Previous HR or administrative experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of HR laws and practices
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Discreet with confidential information
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Able to adapt in a dynamic fast-paced environment
