Job Summary (List Format) Platform Support Executive Vista (Roxy):
- Provide Level 2 support for Vista Application and POS hardware within a fast-paced cinema chain environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Vista system setup configuration and POS operation ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Support and maintain integrations between Vista and ERP modules (Finance Inventory) loyalty and BI systems.
- Collaborate with L1 Support business/operations users and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in Vista upgrades and cloud migration projects including UAT rollout coordination and post-go-live support.
- Configure and maintain Vista modules such as Head Office Loyalty Voucher Management Connect and Cinema.
- Assist with the rollout of new cinemas or system enhancements.
- Document technical issues resolutions and error workarounds for knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system performance proactively identifying and addressing risks affecting guest experience or transaction accuracy.
- Work with vendors including Vista to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain on-site presence in cinemas with flexibility for operational hours weekends holidays and occasional travel.
