Job Purpose:

As an HR Recruiter you will be instrumental in identifying attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. Youll work collaboratively with the Recruitment Team to ensure that our recruitment strategies align with our business needs helping to build a strong capable workforce.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Job Posting: Craft and distribute compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Sourcing: Leverage various sourcing methods job boards social media and networking to find qualified candidates.
  • Screening: Review resumes and applications conduct preliminary phone interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Interviewing: Carry out in-depth interviews focusing on candidate qualifications skills and cultural fit.
  • Offer Extension: Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
  • Onboarding: Design and implement robust onboarding programs to facilitate new hires integration into the company.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company s reputation as an attractive employer through various channels.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Prepare regular recruitment reports highlighting key metrics and recruitment progress.
  • Coaching: Provide guidance to recruiters and support line managers in the selection process by identifying candidate strengths and weaknesses.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; HR certification (e.g. PHR SPHR) preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
    • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
    • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
    • Arabic and English Speaker

  • Time to Fill: Measure and optimize the average duration to fill positions.

  • Candidate Experience: Evaluate candidate satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
  • Cost per Hire: Monitor and minimize the cost of recruitment.
  • Offer Acceptance Rate: Track the percentage of accepted job offers.
  • Onboarding Documentation Completion Rate: Ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation by new hires.
