Job Description
- Welcome guests warmly provide tours of the spa facilities and offer personalized assistance throughout their visit.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful attentive service to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
- Escort guests to treatment areas and ensure they are comfortable and well-informed about their services.
- Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked environment in all spa areas including locker rooms and relaxation lounges.
- Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas serving refreshments offering amenities and ensuring guest comfort.
- Prepare treatment rooms in accordance with established guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor spa ambiance ensuring appropriate temperature lighting music and overall atmosphere.
- Support spa therapists and team members to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory control and restocking of spa supplies and retail products.
- Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to management.
- Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on spa services promotions and wellness trends.
- Help implement spa promotions and support special events.
- Maintain accurate guest records to personalize future visits.
- Follow all health safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Perform daily opening and closing duties to prepare the spa for smooth operation.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in hospitality or spa environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- A warm friendly demeanor with a passion for guest service
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
