Job Description

Position: Vendor Coordinator Company Overview: Star Services LLC is a leading provider of high-quality staffing solutions to various industries. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery of services. The Vendor Coordinator will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure that all vendor activities are aligned with the companys objectives and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials - Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure the best terms and pricing for the company - Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to identify vendor needs and requirements - Maintain accurate records of all vendor contracts payments and performance metrics - Conduct regular vendor evaluations and provide feedback to improve overall performance - Continuously research and identify potential new vendors to expand our network and improve services - Coordinate with vendors to schedule and manage service delivery to meet client needs - Ensure that all vendor activities comply with company policies and procedures - Prepare and present reports on vendor performance and cost savings to management - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to vendor management Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management or procurement - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and vendor management software - Knowledge of contract management and procurement processes - Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships and achieving cost savings - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
