Tasks

  • Identify and research potential clients within the facilities services industry to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Visit the client location to provide accurate quotation and tailor proposal based on their requirements
  • Develop and maintain client relationships by providing tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients to secure new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative in a similar sales role within the Facilities Services industry.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
