- Ensure documents are filed in a systematic way and are readily available to the CEO when requested Manage external contacts and proactively understands who they are who the primary contacts are and keeping track of periodic communication needed for primary contacts

Qualifications :
- Arabic or German Speaking
- Bachelors Degree in any relevant field At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant to a Senior Executive with a demanding diary Work
- Experience in the UAE is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Logistics Must have an understanding of business priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills in English
- Has strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills Must be flexible with working hours as to meet the demands of the role
