Job Objective
Manage the operation and maintenance of HVAC assets in all RAK properties managed communities. Manage in-house staff and outsourced service providers in accordance with contract SLAs. Enhance team competency through regular trainings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall HVAC systems and requirements for all buildings/communities.
- Plan and monitor the PPM work carried out for MEP assets across all sites.
- Monitor start-up testing commissioning and handover of works for new communities.
- Review MEP designs for new projects from an FM perspective and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage all HVAC Capex projects and assist the project manager with all aspects of project management from inception to completion.
- Prepare and issue brief scope of works RFPs tender documents etc. for HVAC/Mechanical works. Carry out technical evaluations and provide recommendations.
- Monitor the schedule of reactive maintenance works based on priorities and ensure proper quality of work by the team.
- Prepare project execution schedules and adhere to approved timelines. Report progress cost and quality in accordance with the contract agreement and reporting format.
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed at worksites during ongoing MEP works.
- Perform other tasks closely related to the position as assigned by the Line Manager/HOD.
- Ensure compliance with company policies rules and procedures related to Health Safety and Environmental Management.

Requisite Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in HVAC
Experience Requirement
- 68 years of relevant work experience in the FM department (Real Estate / Community Management / Facilities Management industry)
