Job Description
Ensures that all guest rooms floor corridors are cleaned and well-maintained based on prescribed standards.
Provides for cleanliness and maintenance of pantries service area and trolleys.
Provides for turn down service of guest rooms based on prescribed standards.
Reports to the shift Supervisor the repairs maintenance work required in guest rooms or any discrepancies in room status.
Anticipates responds to guest requirements and requests
Qualifications :
- Service focused personality is essential
- Min. 1 year experience in similar role in a reputed hotel is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
