Job Description:
Avanceon is a leading provider of Industrial Automation solutions committed to delivering high-quality engineering services and innovative solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Tube Technician to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Tube Bending and Assembling in WHCP:
- Perform tube bending and assembling activities with precision and adherence to safety standards within the Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP) environment.
- Ensure the seamless integration of tubes and related components to meet project specifications.
- Tube Bending and Assembling in Chemical Injection Skid:
- Execute tube bending and assembling tasks for Chemical Injection Skids demonstrating expertise in working with various materials and specifications.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize tube layouts for efficient skid performance.
- Fabrication Related Queries in Sub-contractor Facility:
- Resolve fabrication-related queries at sub-contractor facilities ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of fabrication activities.
- Test and Commissioning Activities:
- Participate in test and commissioning activities at project sites ensuring the functionality and integrity of tube systems.
- Collaborate with the commissioning team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during testing.
- Mechanical Miscellaneous Works:
- Undertake various mechanical tasks as directed based on project needs and evolving situations.
- Demonstrate adaptability and versatility in handling different mechanical responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tube Technician or similar role in an industrial setting.
- In-depth knowledge of tube bending assembling and fabrication techniques.
- Familiarity with WHCP and Chemical Injection Skid systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills especially in resolving fabrication-related issues.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience in participating in test and commissioning activities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Education and Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant technical certifications or vocational training.
