Understand and respond to the evolving needs of both buyers and sellers
Stay updated on real estate market trends and provide insightful advice to clients
Conduct property valuations and generate detailed market analysis reports
Arrange and lead property viewings and client meetings
Build and maintain a robust client and property database
Provide strategies to enhance property value for sellers
Negotiate property deals and ensure smooth transaction processes on behalf of clients
Proven sales experience (real estate experience preferred)
Strong negotiation skills quick decision-making and excellent interpersonal skills
Customer service-oriented with a high level of professionalism
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); additional languages such as Arabic Chinese French Russian or Spanish are a plus
Honest well-presented punctual and goal-driven
Valid UAE driving license
Own visa is preferred
Valid broker card
