The ideal candidate will lead teams manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with construction specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site construction activities.
- Ensure adherence to project schedule budget and quality standards.
- Supervise subcontractors and internal site teams.
- Conduct site inspections and safety audits.
- Coordinate with engineering procurement and client teams.
- Resolve construction-related technical issues.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Certified and registered as a professional engineer.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction manager.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and practices.
- Experience in managing large construction projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
