Manager - Licensing and Supervision

What Youll Master:
Licensing Excellence
Manage comprehensive VASP licensing portfolios
Conduct enhanced due diligence and risk assessments
Lead licensing decisions from application to approval
Interview and assess Responsible Individuals
Strategic Supervision
Develop and execute risk-based supervisory plans
Conduct on-site inspections and technical reviews
Act as main point of contact for VASP Compliance Officers
Manage regulatory returns and compliance assessments
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of case officers
Provide quality assurance and training programs
Drive resource planning and capacity management
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communications
Process Innovation
Enhance licensing and supervision frameworks
Stay ahead of virtual asset industry developments
Contribute to regulatory policy improvements
