Finance & Investment Internship Dubai Real Estate Group
Location: Onsite Dubai
Commitment: 3 Days/Week Duration: 12 Weeks

This internship is your chance to work alongside a top real estate investment team in Dubai the global capital for high-growth property private investors and bold returns.
Youll gain hands-on exposure to real estate finance investment analysis portfolio strategy and investor relations all while building your CV with one of the Middle Easts most prestigious property groups.
What Youll Do
Assist with financial modelling for off-plan and completed luxury developments
Analyse market trends ROI projections and investment performance across multiple projects
Support the team with reporting dashboards and pitch decks for investors
Help assess international buyer profiles and contribute to capital allocation decisions
Work with the CRM and lead funnel to support investment sales teams with financial insight
Learn about cross-border transactions taxes FX and how deals really get done
