As a Quality Inspector you will perform mechanical and electrical inspections on satellite components and subsystems. Youll ensure hardware meets specifications from incoming inspection through assembly and test.
About this Role:
Perform dimensional and visual inspections of flight hardware.
Support integration and test teams (AIT) during build phases.
Document non-conformances and inspection results.
Verify supplier certifications and traceability.
Contribute to process improvement and inspection aids development.
Participate in ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) reviews and sign-offs.
Must Haves:
3 years of inspection experience (preferably in aerospace or medical devices).
Proficient with calipers micrometers multimeters microscopes.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and GD&T.
Familiarity with AS9100 and IPC-A-610/620 standards.
Strong documentation and ESD-safe handling skills.
Nice to Haves:
Experience inspecting flight hardware or satellite components.
Use of ERP/PLM/MES for inspection traceability.
Certifications (IPC NASA CQI).
