Job Description

Your mission:
  • Management of an international engineering team for the AMEA region
  • Coordination and prioritization of the customer services (technical support commissioning activities SaaS support)
  • Contact person for the team members in technical and organizational questions
  • Participate to customer support trainings webinars and other related activities when necessary
  • Responsible for technical training updates and further development of internal team members
  • You will report directly to the local Regional Manager
Your profile:
  • Bachelors degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering software engineering or similar masters degree would be a plus.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills as well as hands-on mentality.
  • Experience with solar energy and SCADA systems.
  • Excellent English language skills. Arabic and/or French would be a plus.
  • Ideally experience with meteocontrol solutions.
  • Travels within Middle East and Africa occasionally
