We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive the company s growth through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy enhancing brand presence generating leads and supporting customer retention across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and vision.
- Lead mentor and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital content email events social media etc.).
- Manage brand positioning messaging and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with sales product and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends customer insights and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
- Own and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.
- Build relationships with media partners and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Drive PR communications and thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 8 years) in marketing roles with at least 3 5 years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing (as applicable).
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics CRM SEO/SEM etc.).
- Excellent leadership communication and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Minimum 3 years of experience an Accountant or similar role. Bachelor s degree in accounting or similar. Robust interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple clients and match the deadlines assigned. Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools. Working experience on ERP accounting software. Language skills: Fluent English.
