Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Welder in our organization you will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications to determine operations and material requirements
- Set up welding equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Perform welding tasks using MIG TIG and Stick welding techniques
- Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure quality and strength
- Maintain welding equipment and perform basic repairs when necessary
- Adhere to all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adapt to working in hot climate conditions typical of Dubai
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Welding certification (e.g. AWS Certified Welder)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in welding
- Proficiency in various welding techniques including MIG TIG and Stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of welding equipment
- Physical strength and dexterity to handle welding tools and materials
- Familiarity with a wide range of welding tools and equipment
- Knowledge of metallurgy and material properties
- Understanding of construction and manufacturing processes
- Detail-oriented approach to work with a focus on quality and precision
- Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Willingness and ability to work in hot climate conditions
